AYSO’s Experience in WASH section
WASH projects: AYSO successfully implemented Community Lead Total Sanitation (CLTS) project in the Grandsir district of Health province with a focus on WASH activities. The FHI360/USAID funded the project.

AYSO implement WASH response for Drought displaced population in Samangan, Jawzjan, and Takhar provinces In jawzjan, Samangan, and Takhar provinces funded by UNOCHA. AYSO enable 36,641 communities of Jawzjan ( Sheber ghan city, Aqcha, and Khamab districts), Samangan (Shahr-e-Qadeem Aibak, dara-e-Zendan, and Feroz Nakhshir district), and Takhar (Farkhar district) provinces to find and enhance access to a clean drinking water system by rehabilitating the existing water system and installing new infrastructure.
